Return & Refund Policy

At Terra Anima, every urn is handcrafted with great care. Because our products are memorial items, we handle returns and refunds thoughtfully and respectfully.

Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade memorial ceramics, returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your urn arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at terraanimaceramics@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A short description of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

• A replacement urn, or

• A full refund, according to your preference

No insurance claim is required from the customer.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for damaged items. Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost once the claim is approved.
