Processing Time

All orders are prepared and packaged within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo proof of the damage. Once verified, we will offer:

A replacement urn, or
A full refund, according to your preference.
